ComicsPRO Announces Discounted Credit Card Processing Agreement

ComicsPRO has negotiated an organizational pricing agreement with Paymentech, North America's largest credit card processor. "We negotiated the elimination of application, programming, and monthly fees while also maximizing our members' savings with aggressive discounts on Mastercard / Visa transactions including Debit and CheckCards", says ComicsPRO Board Member Chris Powell. "ComicsPRO members with a new store or a store serving a smaller market will be able to leverage their membership in the organization , paying the same rates that I do for my 8 stores.", Powell continues. "We're VERY confident in Paymentech's ability to meet the needs of our members, and they also offer a numer of additional services to meet the needs of growing retailers such as PIN-based debit processing, support for most industry-standard hardware platforms, an excellent gift card program, online processing, and more. Prior to signing the agreement with Paymentech, I processed transactions with them for 3 months in my own stores. I have been very pleased with the ease of transition to their service, and the level of customer service I've experienced there." Brian Hibbs (ComicsPRO Board Member and Owner of Comix Experience in San Francisco, CA) says "In our first year under the ComicsPRO / Paymentech agreement, I will save more than TEN TIMES my ComicsPRO dues!" and Gary Dills (Board Member, ComicsPRO and co-owner of 2 Phoenix Comics locations) says "We're very happy with the difference this will make to our bottom line. The savings will free up cashflow for new product, store improvements, and the other things we need to do to watch our business grow."

Current or potential members can contact Chris Powell for more information on the agreement.
